Sorry for the delay in posting new podcasts! Things have been a little busy down here at TTVF HQ, but hopefully we’re back on track now to get your your podcasts in the order they appear! So, without any further ado, let’s get back to routine.
This week’s TWIT is called “Netcast Expo,” which is really just the Podcast Expo, but Leo’s still insisting on calling it “Netcast” instead of Podcast because of Apple’s supposed grab on the term “pod-whatever” or “whatever-pod.” Either way. This week’s hosts are Leo Laporte, Steve Gibson, Alex Lindsay, Scott Bourne, Doug Kaye, Denise Howell, and a host of podcasters… including Special Guest, Martin Sargent, all gathered around the table to talk about podcasting, podcasting news, meet some of the leading podcasters, and more.
Also among the topics discussed this week are Symantec’s having to quietly admit its prediction that Mac OS X would be flooded with viruses and spyware by now was wrong, and more and more people are turning to online video and video podcasts as a source of entertainment.
